instead of asking for the masks to be allowed to remain on, we need to ask for the cruel intentions to be destroyed which lurk behind them.
you cannot possibly be telling me that people stay quiet behind the mask and allow the world to remain a lovely place. most mugs hurt the others from behind the secure shelter of the mask. taking a mask off is what is required because it does not result in the horrification of the world, sneaking up on others from behind the cover of the mask does. taking it off can only help since it can at least help people to be prepared for what is to come.
the masks need to come off, not kept on.

Yes but no one seems to be ever geting the simple point .
whats with this recent stupidity in Sudan if i remember correctly of punishing the british teacher from Liverpool for allowing her class to name a teddy bear Muhammad. I know it is not the norm of the faith to idolose the prophet but the people need to start distinguishing between intentional insult and innocent incidents. the naming of the teddy bear as muhammad was nothing serious which should have attracted such a response, but then again this is where the lack of an independant thinking mind plays its part in blinding people with strong intolerant views. they just blindly follow the crap, these extremists never think or ponder over the stupidity of such a hue and cry over fish and chip matters, if they had then this idiosyncracy wouldn't have happened in the first place.

The reaction of your then boyfriend is exactly the kind of atrocious ideas I am talking about. It is always as if the men and guys are allowed to do almost anything but the girls have to protect themselves and basically shut themselves out from the world because the perverts are given the freedom to carry on about with their blasted idioticism.

If we were to think this way and just let it all happen, thinking that the trouble makers will be punished by god then we are basically encouraging them aren't we? I mean if we allow this to happen and depend on god( and we dont really know if there is one at all) to do all the sinner bashing then it would be wrong on our part as well.
This needs to stop and people need to start learning to sort out their priorities, too many of us even in our everyday lives interfere in other people's business, that too unnecessarily, we all need to realise the fine line between what is our concern and what is not. The developement plans were actually none of the concerns of the various political parties, the entire process of carrying out the barricading lands and all the atrocities that happened since then were basically because too many people interfered in it.
It is sad indeed but some solution needs to be found and it needs to be quick, otherwise we are all going to be in line for greater trouble which will probably end in us all being wiped out by each other.

You have misinterpreted my blog and maybe to some extent I have done the same to your comments. but I am not saying anything in support of the terrorist attacks or the enslavement of women in the islamic religion. All I am saying is that religious intolerance is high in islam but it is also existant in other religions. It is indeed a fact that non-islamic women have more freedom than muslim women do, but that is where i question the ethic of giving freedom to a woman in the first place. Men are not the people to give freedom to women, they are born with it and certainly deserve the right to excercise it.
I do not believe there is anything wrong with pre-marital sex and as far as extra marital relations are concerned, it is between the two people concerned, it is not something for the rest of the world to judge and to comment on.
And for sania mirza's wearing a skirt, i strongly oppose anyone who finds that wrong.

The Left will still win any election in the near future.
The simple solution to this problem of unity could have been found much earlier if everyone did not start asking for rights based on their religion and caste, why shouldn't everybody's idea just be that of an indian? But then there are some people who still rant on about the religion and caste quota which only gets further encouraged by the game of politics.
No one party is to blame for it, each and every political party is now hell bent on filling up their own pockets, even if that means walking over the very people they claim to represent.

I agree with that as well. The original intention of developement was good, we all know how poor a condition the farmers used to have to live in anyway, judging by what TATA did to Jamshedpur, he may well have been trusted upon, but the party politics got in the way and villified an originally decent intention
